Investment Planning
Generally, we recommend that investment decisions are implemented after an initial financial planning process is complete and a target return is established. However, we do offer investment planning as a segmented (individual) service for those who may already have a plan in place and/or just need guidance only with their investments.
The holdings of average investment portfolios are rarely limited to stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. Because of this fact, we review and research almost all types of investments to make sure they align properly with your goals. We do not claim to be experts in every asset class. However, we have close relationships with outside professionals that are experts in a particular investment niche, such as convertible securities, hedge funds and real estate investments for example. Having a trusted team of unbiased experts to confer with is an important aspect of what we do for our clients.
In addition to our normal asset management practice (see the Asset Management page), our Investment Planning Solutions often times include advice covering the following areas:
- Real Estate Investments & Debt Instruments
- Annuity analysis and recommendations
- Hedge Fund analysis
- Reviews of collectibles and artwork (valuation and goal alignment)
- Small business reviews
- LLCs, LLPs, Sole Proprietorships, and S-Corps.
As an alternative for clients with a differing investment philosophy, Aspire offers access to top-notch asset managers (Morningstar™ rated 5 stars for risk/return performance) who provide a different approach to investing. These resources are typically reserved for multi-million dollar accounts but are made available at a much lower initial investment requirement through a partnership with Aspire Capital Management.
Personal Investment Policy Development
Aspire Capital Management believes in developing client-specific investment strategies that emphasize diversified asset allocation. Each client is provided with a personalized Investment Policy Statement, which outlines the strategy just right for that individual. A lesser-known fact is that good investment policies that are followed, have been proven to make the biggest difference in whether or not a client makes or loses money from their investments.
